Thank you! They're ribbon with a subtle decorative design, and the centers are found appliques consisting of a tiny mirror in an embroidered frame. I'm so paranoid about losing them because I've never seen them anywhere since I bought them. I love them because they are able to match the inconsistency in the film, in which the centers of San's dots change color from black to white to skin tone. :D

I'm not a perfect physical match for San but I worked hard to make the costume look as much like the film as I could. There are still some improvements I could make..

Yeah that was my goal too. I took a couple liberties here and there (notably the shoes) but I really wanted it to be accurate.
