Edit: Moving to Scrapbook since this is sort of an in-progress photo. Thanks for your kind comments, everyone!
She's not quite finished yet in this photo (missing her airbrushed color-blending, some hair length, and her overskirt) but I had to go ahead and debut her at SakuraCon 2011 and get a few pictures taken.

Can you please tell me what materials you used! Im trying to make Prince Ralis and i have no clue how to make the head piece, I would greatly appreciate your help because you are one of the best cosplayers I've seen, just absolutely amazing
